Additional Fees
Daycare Services: Daycare services for pets will be offered Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm; and Saturday from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm only. There is a fee of $8.00-15.00 per pet each day this service is used. Please call ahead to schedule or to discuss weekly pricing for your pet. There will be a $5.00 late fee added for every 30 minutes that you are late to pick-up your pet without prior approval. Please call for pricing.
Flea & Tick Treatment: Any pet that has fleas & ticks will be subject to a $7.00 fee added to their pets groom.
Just a Nail Trim: Nail trims are $5.00 (or $4.00 each for more than one)
Just an Ear Cleaning & Plucking: Ear cleaning & plucking alone is $5.00
Just Anal Gland Expression: Anal gland expression alone is $5.00
Just Toothbrushing: Toothbrushing alone is $5.00
Matted Pet Fee: Severely matted pets will be subject to an additional $5.00 - $20.00 depending on the severity. Removing mats from a severely matted pet is very time consuming and a pet is more at risk for nicks, cuts, and razor burn. Matting can also hide underlying medical problems that may not be noticeable until the mats are removed. We always use the utmost care to safely remove any mats that are present on your pet.
Level 1 De-matting: (30 minutes of serious de-matting) : Add $5.00
Level 2 De-matting: (Over 30 minutes of serious de-matting) : Add $10.00
Level 3 De-matting: (Over an hour of serious de-matting) : Add $20.00
Any pet that is presented with Severe matting may be subject to be shaved to remove these mats to be determined by the groomer. This is for your pets comfort & safety.
